Dr. Tirupati Nagarjuna Rao is a successful industrial entrepreneur with more than 30 years of experience. Starting with humble beginnings, he reached a height of excellence in providing infrastructure facilities for different types of businesses and industries.

As the first entrepreneur in Mambattu, Tada, he worked with Barath Circuits Private Limited and owned the SICK company — supporting and protecting employees while spreading the business to new heights.

A serial entrepreneur, he established a brain-child infrastructure facility designed to host different product manufacturing and its ancillaries under one roof. He forged tie-ups with companies in China and Taiwan — especially for PCB manufacturing — to meet market demand in the mobile sector.

His present venture is supported by RVT Industries, which provides infrastructure facilities on lease and rental for mobile components manufacturing (China) and critical component instruments (Coimbatore).

Dr. P Ramesh Shetty

Dr. P Ramesh Shetty is a B.Tech graduate from Sri Venkateshwara Hindu Engineering College, Machilipatnam (1994), affiliated to Nagarjuna University, and brings more than 30 years of hands-on industrial experience across various fields and a wide range of products.

He has focused expertise in greenfield and brownfield industrial projects, and is known for building strong teams that consistently achieve industry and management targets and goals. As a technical training provider, he equips teams with updated tools and real-world case studies.

His expertise in energy management has delivered proven results in reducing energy consumption to targeted levels, and his contributions to cycle-time reduction in manufacturing have been highly appreciated.

He is regarded as a role model for implementing the Enterprise Management System (EMS) across a group of companies under common management, and his dedication and time management in reaching management goals have earned wide appreciation.
